Fortnightly releases
Every two weeks, customers receive a product update email listing what's new, what's improved and what's coming next. No vague roadmaps, no features that disappear into a black hole.
About
Because most platforms measure activity, not results — and Australian businesses deserve better than a dashboard full of numbers that don't translate to dollars.
Canberrahub started in Newcastle in 2019 when our founders — two operations consultants who had spent a decade helping Australian businesses implement software — noticed the same problem everywhere they worked. Companies were buying more and more SaaS tools, but fewer and fewer of them could say with confidence that those tools were generating a positive return. Reports were manual, integrations were brittle and the dashboards that came bundled with each platform showed activity metrics, not business outcomes. We built Canberrahub to close that gap. The platform launched with a small beta cohort of nine Newcastle-based businesses across manufacturing, professional services and retail. Within the first year, those nine customers had collectively documented over $1.2 million in annualised efficiency gains. That proof of concept gave us the confidence to expand nationally. Today Canberrahub serves over 340 Australian businesses, from sole traders in regional Queensland to enterprise teams in Sydney and Melbourne. Every feature we have shipped since 2019 has been driven by a single question: does this make it easier for a customer to prove their ROI? If the answer is no, we don't ship it.
Our team of 18 is split across Newcastle and a small Sydney hub. We run on fortnightly release cycles, which means customers see improvements in the platform every two weeks rather than waiting for a quarterly roadmap update. Every new integration is stress-tested against real customer data before it goes live, and every analytics feature ships with a plain-language explainer so non-technical users can get value from day one. We work best with businesses that already have data flowing through at least two connected systems — teams that are still setting up their core software stack may find they get more from Canberrahub once those foundations are in place. We're also honest about the limits of automation: the platform handles data movement, reporting and routine approvals extremely well, but strategic decisions still need human judgement. Canberrahub gives your team better information faster; what you do with that information is still yours to decide. If you're looking for a platform that promises to run your business for you, we're probably not the right fit. If you want a platform that makes sure you always know what's happening in your business, we'd love to show you what that looks like.

Every pre-built connector on the platform was requested by at least three customers before we built it. We don't add integrations to a list for optics — we add them because real businesses need them.
Every new customer completes a 20-minute baseline assessment in their first session. That baseline becomes the benchmark against which we measure the platform's impact on their business over time.
We're based in Newcastle and available Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm AEST.
